Competency based interview from a suite of questions relating to the role. Oddly for a role including a number of direct reports no questions on line management were asked. This may not be available external hires.

The team was clear and transparent on the process and their expectations. They were structured and communicative throughout the process. They provided feedback as well and took the time to answer any questions.

Three stages of interview. All three stages followed a competency based structure as well as relaxed conversation with different levels of management. All questions were applicable to either the role itself or the culture, and, in my opinion, were effective but not difficult based on my experience.
