I applied online. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Solihull, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
Online tests followed by a Skype interview, where questions are pre-recorded. Then a long assessment day if you are successful. It was tough but also very fun! people were friendly and eager to help.
The day consisted of one-on-one interviews, a group task for which you can't prepare, a written situational assessment, and a presentation on a "product that will make Lloyds the best bank for its customers". Relate every single answer in the day to Lloyds 3 core aims, and how they can be the best possible for customers.

The interview process includes several stages, such as an online assessment, job insight exercises and an assessment centre. Expect many situational and competency-based questions. Overall, the experience is structured, detailed and takes some time to complete.
