we got asked a series of questions with you needing to give examples of real life situations and what you did to resolve these situations. The interview was 4/5 questions which tested you about you knowledge about the choosen field and wanted you to give your opinion about the company also.

Question 1
explain a situation where you had conflicting opinions with someone else whilst working as a team and how did you resolve this issue and complete the task.
Very clear and good process with quick and clear communications at most stages. Analytical assessment had been previously completed, so the only stage was an in person interview with two staff members

Interview
Had the application form followed by easy online tests. Video interview had basic questions. The application form was easy, then there was a situational which was a bit lengthy. On clearing that there was a super easy numerical and then finally video.
