I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Dec 2021
Interview
Very relaxed and straightforward interview. Started with a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter who asked a few behavioral questions and answered any questions I had about the program. Next, there was a one hour technical portion using Codesignal with a software engineer and a manager. Technical portion was definitely more about observing your problem solving process.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Interview
Interviewed by two engineers. It was pretty simple, had 20 min to do behavioral questions, and the rest to do the technical questions. Then I had extra time to ask questions to the both of them about their experience working at LM.
The recruiter got back to me within 5 days after the interview with the offer. Still waiting from other companies so I haven't officially accepted/declined their offer.
