I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Oct 2020
Interview
The whole process was relatively laid back. Questions weren't that difficult and more or less what you'd expect. LM seems like they know what they want and at this point I'm just trying to hit the word limit. Be prepared and you'll do fine.

Question 1
Typical behavioral interview questions for a SWE role.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in May 2020
Interview
I applied for a position involved with MERN stack qualifications for web development & got a response right away on Apr 27th. On May 4th, the interview day, I waited for an hour for the recruiter to call, so I sent an email to her to reschedule. She claimed that she scheduled the interview for May 6th. So come May 6th, she called me 30 minutes before the actual time scheduled because she claimed had a meeting with a manager at our scheduled time. The phone interview lasted only 15 minutes and she told me that she would give my profile over to the engineering manager for the second round, but I was ghosted
The recruiter rushed the entire interview and clearly did not care about my time or honestly about me. She did not ask the common HR questions and cut me off whenever I tried to speak for five seconds or more. Clearly the software engineering department does not know what it is doing.
My advice is to find another place for engineering where you will be treated better. There are thousands of companies out there, you can grow in better places

Interview
After the first phone screening. I had to do a skype interview with a HR. Just asked me a lot of behavioral questions. Asked some questions from my resume.
