Liberty Mutual Insurance Sales Representative interview questions

Initially contacted by recruiter for me to assist recruiting event. I could not make it so we scheduled a phone interview. On our first call she mentioned a salary amount that would decrease every 3 months which was fine with me. On our second call she changed the amount she initially said. They try to sell you the job as an “outside sales representative” but it is mainly a call center. She mentioned you’d only have like a week to get your licenses which is absurd. I declined to have an in person interview due to how dishonest they sounded about everything.

Brief phone screen, then in person interview with manager, then interview with area manager and then accepted offer after a couple days. Interview that’s most important one is the second one with the manager and local team
