You start with a phone interview with a recruiter who tries to act laid back, but you realize he is stressed out because his pay depends on you getting hired.. First round interview is a phone interview. Pretty standard questions about "tell me about a time...". The interviewer was very professional and it wasn't difficult. The interviewer is very open about what the job is going to be about and pay scale. They answered all questions about benefits and the responsibilities of the jobs.
