Liberty Mutual Insurance Sales Representative interview questions

One screening phone call with a local talent recruiter and one in-person interview at a local office. They also required me to complete an online aptitude test for selling financial products.

The interview process takes between 2 to 4 weeks. During the first interview it's usually one of their recruiters that speaks to you and ask you behavioral questions. During the second interview you will meet with two hiring managers who will also look over how you answer behavioral questions and or ask you to do a role-play with a auto insurance quote.
