Liberty Mutual Insurance Sales Representative interview questions

It was a three part interview process: one over the phone, one with the branch manager, then a final round with the area manager. They asked the standard interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. During the entire interview process they did primarily focus on how much money potential comes with the job.

I Met with the senior branch manager for about 20 minutes initially and then with the Area manager. They focused on my motivation and strengths. They continued to Ask me about my passions and opportunity in the Nashville market as an insurance agent. I was asked to show some of my skills on the phone and present a marketing plan on how I would build my client and source base.
