I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Sacramento, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Easy and communicated well. Applied online and I was called by the next week. They have a recruiter call, then you take an assessment test, and then set up an interview meet and greet. They are friendly and informative about the position and really want their future employees to be successful within the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of Describe a time type questions. Old school questions like "Name a time" or "What are your strengths/weaknesses"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Rochester, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
Phone call with recruiter, basic questions (walk me through your resume, why liberty mutual, why sales, etc). She told me right away that she would like to arrange an interview with a branch manager. Interview with manager was in person, lasted about an hour. Same sort of generic interview questions, be sure to have well though out answers before hand. After that, he went on to behavioral questions ("tell me about a time when..."). Overall, preparation is key to do well. Both recruiter and manager were super nice and both really loved it when I asked questions (go heavy on the questions for them).
