Liberty Mutual Insurance Sale Representative interview questions

There was an initial interview that was very flexible that was a basics interactions and personality assessment is how I would describe it. Next, there was a second interview with and even higher authority. I feel this interview was a personality assessment as well because after the interview I was told that the original person had the hiring authority already.

not great, takes forever to get through everyone, you don't hear back from anyone for weeks or months, never get any updates, very frustrating. The managers also play favorites. the training was also awful and there is no help or ramp up to help you get started.
