Liberty Mutual Insurance interview questions

The company first declined me via email then a week later I was re-emailed that they would like to interview me. I then completed a phone interview. I have been in sales for over 5 years now. I then was asked to come into the office to shadow a rep, take a test, and then had 2 other one on one interview's. The first interviewer I met was well spoken, the second seemed very cockey and spoke about how he was a super from aig and how most people cannot easily get into managment. I understand sometimes when new to a company you have to work your way up, this man was rude when asked about growth opportunities in the company. He then asked me to take a test..no intructions given. I had no idea what the test was about until about the third screen where I realized I needed to fill out information about an order being taken.. If I had some direction to what to expect I would have scored much better for sure. I was in the office for over 3 hours through the process, very disapointed to have an email within days declining the postion.

Very professional to say the least. Have interviewed with several employers and found this interview very formal initially with the phone interview starting the process, followed by 2 less formal in person interviews. The initial interview on the phone began the process with the more standard/general qualification questions, with two in person interviews where the interviewers asked strategic questions to "get to know" me more personally, so as to further gauge my qualifications for the job.
