I had three interviews the second I was told I had candor so I moved to the third. Jill green is prejudice . I had 100 % everything they were looking for doing 25-50 policies a month at State Farm and licensed . They told me they had people not doing a quote in 75 days . I got ten the night before I showed her . She said she found 22 other people more qualified than me 😂😂😂😂 I have relationships with ten dealerships . This is so funny I had to write a review . People were waiting on me to get through training that’s how bad it was . She said her metrix told her don’t hire me 😂😂😂😂

If you black don’t apply here you can have ten years experience she hires who she personally likes not the people who can actually get the job done . It’s amazing who gets to boss in this world . You have to hire based on talent . I had ten roof top events set up I showed her .

Very professional. First interview was with a recruiter and the second interview was with 2 hiring managers. The interview included role play, behaviorial questions and skill testing. It took approximately 45 minutes

Interview
HR gives very lengthy overview of the position, the company pay and benefits and expectations for the following panel interview that may potentially come. Then there is a panel interview over zoom or teams where you are grilled for a good hour with regards to proving how you will make a good fit for their company, which includes role play, and computer typing test, experience metrics, capability of handling multi-task, ability to work on the phone all day, etc.

A lot of questions but asking to role play selling their insurance while not having any insurance sales knowledge doesn't seem like a great way to gauge capabilities after appropriate training.
