Liberty Mutual Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was like any other corporate interview. The want to know a situation, what's happened, how you resolved it and the outcome, The interview was about one hour long.

First there was a phone interview that was pretty quick with an HR person, then they schedule an interview on site. All the questions are very situation based like name a situation you had to deal with an angry customer ect. I had two seperate interviews, one with the branch manager. They also let you job shadow for about 20 min.
