Liberty Mutual Insurance Senior Business Consultant (MBA Corporate Development Program) interview questions

First round is HR screening over the phone consisting of general behavioral interview questions. "tell me about a time you did this... tell me about a time you did that..." Second round was the case study and another behavioral interview with senior management. The case is a written pack, similar to what you would receive in business school where you provide an analysis of a problem and make a recommendation, and support your opinion. It actually was a lot of fun. Final round is another behavioral with an executive.

Pretty straight forward behavioral interview process. I was notified that I needed to complete an assessment shortly after. After completing the assessment I was notified that I was invited for an additional in person interview. From the in person interview, it was another behavioral interview and then offer a few weeks later.
