Applied online, took the quiz at the end of application, heard back a little less than 2 weeks later from a recruiter wanting to schedule a phone interview, had the phone interview, recruiter expressed interest in background and wanted to schedule an onsite interview (reading previous reviews, I knew if I didn't hear they were interested and wanted to schedule an onsite during the phone interview I wouldn't be considered), had onsite the next day and got offered the position the same day. Knowing that if you don't get extended an onsite interview during the phone interview was extremely helpful. I would recommend preparing for the interview, researching the position and company, and find ways to seem like a qualified candidate even if you lack preferred qualifications.
