Liberty Mutual Insurance Customer Service Representative (Safeco) interview questions

The interview detailed of my previous CSR experience. Both told me I was doing a good job, throughout the interview. They even complimented, on my internet access. I was told that someone would call me back, next week, or receive an email. It took 1 1/2 months for contact! THEY BEHAVED UNPROFESSIONALLY!! Due to this, I withdrew my other apps and accepted a position with another company that only took a week.
