I was made to feel quite comfortable and welcome. everyone was friendly and understanding, I was treated really well from beginning to end.everyone was professional but not too stiff.The assessment's were long and some were quite difficult but i received support before hand on how to answer the question.

The first interview was informal and more of a presentation to give me knowledge about the company before the actual recruitment process. It is highlighted thaf it is a sales driven role that is purely commissioned base so you earn according to the network you build, thus the business you bring.

Interview
2 interviews with my line manager, the process was relatively quick and hasty as the company was eager to get individuals on the ground to sell their products. I expressed to my line manager that I had no previous experience and he assured me that the training process would cover all of that. He was generally quite pleasant and reassuring.
