I first had an interview on my university campus with an analyst from Liberty. My interviewer was very laid back and easy to talk to. He read questions from a sheet as HR told him to do, but he was also very personable. Questions he asked were like when I've worked with data, how I've used the data, and my team work skills. The next week I received an email informing me that I've been selected to move forward in the interview process. The next step would be a super day at Boston headquarters. I arrived at headquarters before 8:00 am on my super day and the HR manager led us to a room filled with current analysts. We spent 30 minutes talking to these analysts before we moved to the next step which is 2 behavioral interviews and 1 case interview. The case interview wasn't too hard. The employee who gave me my case interview was patient and receptive to answering my questions. After that I shadowed two current analysts and then we all went to lunch. I received an offer two days later
