I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Mar 2013
Interview
The Analyst Development program interview process consisted of 2 rounds of interviews. First round is either on campus if Liberty recruits at your school or scheduled over the phone. I personally had a phone interview that was very standard, resume walk through and was asked about prior job experiences, internships in my case.
Once a candidate has made it through the first round, they are invited to the Home office in Boston for a super day essentially. The day consists of 2 behavioral interviews along with a case interview. In addition to the interviews, there are 2 opportunities where interviewees can shadow a current Analyst for 30 min each. This is more informal and gives a chance for the candidate to relax and ask about some of the work directly to the Analysts.

I just had the first interview, which was a 30-minute behavioral interview with someone from HR. The person was really nice and made it seem like a conversation, not just an interview.
