I had an initial phone screening followed by an in-person interview with my potential manager. Overall pretty standard interview, roughly half personality and problem solving type questions, with the other half being industry specific knowledge and experience questions.

Describe a time when you disagreed with a senior person in your office. How did you handle it? What was the result?
Name your two biggest successes and one failure in the last year. What would you do differently, if anything, to avoid the failure if you could do it again?
Good and not super challenging. Team is nice. Members are older. Company is really large and sometimes can feel like you are an assembly operator. Overall good company. Thank you

Easy questions about sales experience, customer service, just to see your peopel skills. its a very heavy negotiation and communication job so it makes sense. The team was very nice and attentive

Consisted of two interviews, The first one was a phone call and the second was over zoom with two individuals who worked in underwriting. The first phone call was fairly easy they asked simple questions, the second interview was a little bit longer and asked more detailed questions.
