Liberty Mutual Insurance Inside Auto Claims interview questions

It has been a long process. 3 interviews so far, one by phone, two face to face. The questions are pretty standard, and they focus a lot on past experience. After the face to face interview, they had me job shadow one of the employees for about 45 minutes. Following that, I took a skills/personality test that lasted about 45 minutes. All said and done, it was about a 3 hour process.
