I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Carmel, IN) in Sep 2015
Interview
Online Application. Online personality test, typing test, and role play assessment. If you pass those, a half hour phone screening is set with a recruiter. Info on the position & training is shared and two or three questions are asked. All behavioral based. "Tell me about a time when......" They like you to answer using the STAR format. Situation, Action, Result. If you pass you are invited for a one-on-one interview. This is about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and you will see a brief presentation in the company, job shadow, and then have two, 30 minute interviews by different people. Good process!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in May 2015
Interview
Submitted application towards the middle of May, received an email for a phone interview within a week and a half. It took about 30 minutes. The recruiter told me she would pass my info on and I would hear back from someone if they wanted to move forward. Ahead of time I was told that I originally applied for Agent Customer Service Rep but because of her not knowing if the class was full or not I may be moved to Gold CSR, w/i a week I was emailed inviting me to an in person email interview for Gold CSR the next week. Interviewed on a Tuesday, long 3 hour interview (2 - 1 hour supervisor interview, 1 hour job shadowing) interview ended abruptly with them just pulling me off the job shadow and walking me back out with a simple Good Luck! Got a call the next day saying I got the job!
