Interview
First had a phone screening with a very friendly recruiter. I felt very comfortable during the 30 minute conversation. They will ask one or two behavioral questions and also why you want to work in the role. Got scheduled for a video interview next. I was really nervous since this was my first time interviewing virtually. It lasted roughly an hour. I was interviewed by two supervisors. They were very friendly. They did ask 4 behavioral questions and they were not ones I studied, so had to think of good answers on the fly. It went well though. They also asked me one role play question. They gave me 3 possible answers and I had to pick my most to least favorite and why. Overall good experience and received a job offer a few days later.
Heard back a few weeks after applying. Brief phone interview. Followed up by two zoom meetings and a quick offer. Met with manager and supervisor. Straight to the point interview

Background in customer service, ability to handle stressful situations
First interview was by phone. Was asked very basic questions. Than I was asked to elaborate in detail certain situations and how I resolved problems. Week later, i had a video interview and it was pretty much the same thing.
