Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Irving, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Interview is behavior based with some question about yourself. I would not describe the process as too overwhelming. It was an overall pleasant interview experience. You get to meet with several teams, which is great because you get exposed to different departments. For example, if one team doesn't wish to extend an offer another team may wish to do so.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2015
Interview
One phone interview followed by an in-person interview with three managers. A recruiter contacted me by phone and after a conversation about my qualification and career goals informed me I would be contacted again to schedule an in person interview if i was a fit. Got a call back and had interview within a week. The three managers interviewed me sepratly, one after the other. This was followed by a brief skills test and shadowing of the job applying for. A very informative interview process and very enjoyable.

Question 1
Why I felt I would do well within there company? They explained that the fit within the department was more about drive and skill levels then personality. And seemed to want to gauge whether I had the drive and skills or not. They also wanted to gauge whether I wanted to make the job a career or was just passing through?
