I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Plano, TX)
Interview
Two managers interview you. 30 min each. Painless just ask about past customer service experience and examples. The question both ask are different and give you a chance to elaborate on some of your first answers and improve some of the things you may have said in with the first manager.

I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Mishawaka, IN) in Jul 2015
Interview
Recieved and e-mail from Liberty Mutual inviting me to a Hiring Event on Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Took an on-line assessment test before attending the event. Attended the event and was ushered into a room with other applicants. Meet with one person for five minutes or less. Sent back to the waiting room. Called to speak with another person. This was longer, more in-depth, but still not real long. Both were HR types. Never spoke to the hiring manager. Received an e-mail on July 14, 2015 saying "At this time, we have decided to pursue other candidates whose background and skills more closely match our requirements for this position." I have a MBA, a Property-Casualty insurance license, 10 professional designations in the Property-Casualty area and, perhaps most importantly, call center experience. How could they get 9 people in Mishawaka, Indiana that have a better background and skills set for the position? I wouldn't recommend anyone apply to Liberty Mutual nor would I recommend their products and services (If anyone has their Homeowners and/or Automobile insurance with Liberty Mutual, please call me. If I can't save you money, the next 10 rounds at the local bar are on me).
