Applied online via referral. Completed 3 part assessment. Received email for phone interview scheduling. Received confirm for phone interview time and date that was not what I scheduled for but accepted and planned around it anyway. Phone interview was with recruiter from FL. She offered in person interview for 5 days later. Interviewed with 2 managers separately. They asked mostly behavioral questions. Plan to answer about 10 of those total. Received a call with an offer the next day.

Applied online. Week later received email about a invite only open house. 10 people were there. We were first brought into a room and briefly told about the company. Then called for individual interviews. First interview was with two hiring managers simple STAR questions. Then sat in with current employee and watched her work for 15 minutes. Then had second interview with two different hiring managers. After that was escorted out of building. In total was there for about an hour and a half. Both interviews were easy going and simple STAR questions. The next day I emailed the hiring manager thanking him for his time blah blah. And was offered the job later that evening.

Interview
The entire process is behavioral. Almost every question will start with "name a time." What management wants to hear is you have a quick answer to any scenario presented. Show to them that you can take a problem or a negative situation and solve it/turn it into something positive. If your story isn't true, so what! Just sound confident and practice your answers to these types of questions.
