Labcorp Study Technician I interview questions

The interview process was easy. Phone call interview at first with generic questions about work experience. In person interview with manager and a supervisor separately. Both were nice and easy to talk to they asked preset questions they had to write down the answers to. Tour of facility was then given.

After I went through the phone screen, I was set up for an on-site interview. I live over 700 miles away. That said, they paid for the flight, rental car, and hotel. The interview itself was 2 hours total, and with 2 supervisors. Very thorough interview with lots of STAR questions. Salary wasnt talked about (i knew the salary from the phone screen), but the job description and typical hours were talked about. After the interview I was told Id hear back in about a week on whether theyd go ahead in the process and do a background check. I was then told to be patient, because their background checks "take forever" its only been a few days so still waiting to hear something.
