Had a telephone screen prior to the on-site interview. The on-site interview mainly consisted of situation questions with very few technical questions. A lab tour was also given, all staff seemed friendly and welcoming.
Friendly environment and relaxing; checked how suitable the candidate was for the job: previous experience, knowledge about the role and technical skills (previous/ for the role). More information about the company, role and very informative when answering questions.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Labcorp (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2012
Interview
Usually they interview at least couple of prospective employees. Interview is behavioral type. If you get an interview opportunity, better Google for behavioral type interview and prepare accordingly. It is always better to answer with real time experiences. People who take the interview are also specifically trained to pick the right candidate. So do not take interview easy.
