Labcorp Plhebotomist interview questions

It's was Zoom with manager and assistant manager. Asked a few questions like tell me about yourself and the gave history on their background. Asked available and job related questions

It wasn’t very lengthy, simple questions but kind of irrelevant questions for phlebotomy. Interviewed with same person multiple times and they won’t hire me. Very odd behavior. Gave me the impression I did not want to work under them since they crack easily under pressure. Not cool LabCorp.
