1. Phone interview with recruiter whereby the person would like you to introduce yourself, know more about your capability and relevant experiences 2. Interview with hiring manager It was a great interview as I managed to learn more about the job nature and challenging work faced by the team.The hiring manager was very detailed in the explanation and overall, it was a great interview experience. He even asked me what pay I would like to have! (It is mentioned by the recruiter that pay is not to be discussed during interview) Since he asked, I might as well say! =X

Straightforward. No out of the ordinary questions. Questions about educational background and what instrumentation you are familiar with. Interviewer said she would get back to me in 2 weeks and did so.
