I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview process wasn't too painful. It consisted of a preliminary 30 minute phone interview followed by a face to face interview. The face to face interview is very straight forward. They follow the STAR method; in which they ask for a situation, task, action, and result. They are looking for your previous experience, as well as your ability to handle problems effectively.

1. Phone interview with recruiter whereby the person would like you to introduce yourself, know more about your capability and relevant experiences
2. Interview with hiring manager
It was a great interview as I managed to learn more about the job nature and challenging work faced by the team. The hiring manager was very detailed in the explanation and overall, it was a great interview experience. He even asked me what pay I would like to have! (It is mentioned by the recruiter that pay is not to be discussed during interview) Since he asked, I might as well say! =X
