Labcorp Lab Assistant interview questions

Interview for second shift (5pm-2am) was at 10pm. The building doors lock at 9pm and there was no answer at the interviewer's provided number until 10:10pm. After being let in, the interview went quite smoothly and took about 45 minutes. From there, HR contacted to extend an offer. Paperwork, credentials, and urine drug test was required before orientation day.

I only got to the phone interview, they told me I would hear back a week after, it's been 3 month and I haven't heard back. They will call you within 5 days beforehand.
