I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp
Interview
Brief bench tour by some woman with a thick, hard to understand accent followed by the supervisor's assessment of how desperate you are to be a slave to capitalism. No traditional interview questions about you, your background, or skills. "Do you want to work here?" + false promises to move you up quickly.

Question 1
"It's a lot of work. We get specimens from all over Mid America. You have to finish all the work before you leave. Do you think you want to work here?"
They contacted me through a recruiting company, the communication between the parties isn't the best, during the interview they asked about my previous experiences. the interview in general was super easy nothing out of the normal.
The interview was over the phone, the questions were simple and direct. Just asked about lab experience mainly. Questions may be different depending on position.
Heard back from them 2 to 3 days later and offered me the position.
