Interview
I applied online and my initial interview was done by phone. Within about a week I heard back from the recruiter and was scheduled for a panel interview. There were three people from Senior management that conducted the interview; it was in targeted selection format (hint: this is the format for all of the companies interviews, apparently). I was hired as a Program Specialist a week after my panel interview. Once hired I learned that typically for the Call Center Department all employees were typically first temporary staff hired through a staffing agency and then hired as a full time employee after at least working for 1 year or more temporarily.

This interview process was simple 2 rounds. Generic questions were asked and they guided you to the right cohort for the internship. Easy and helpful process. I was pleased. highly reccoemnd interview and internship with Labcorp.

With staffing, Interview process was not that bad, general questions about background history and what are you looking for in their company. How would you benefit the team and the company?
Zoom interview with 3 people, about a one hour interview, all open ended questions, questions about strengths and weaknesses with specific examples, how you are a leader…how many more words so I need here!
