Both a presentation and a team building exercise were carried out. After that, they short-listed for the one-to-one interviews.

Entire process was about 2 weeks long. There was the typical phone screen by human resources. Followed by a phone call a couple of days later with invitation to interview. Was interviewed by 3 people in a small conference room, 1 at a time. Mostly behavioral questions were asked.

Interview was straight forward, on time and interviewers were nice. Walked around the company and seems like they care about helping employees advance in career. Lots of STAR questions and also past work experiences based on your resume

Began with an email asking to respond with my availability for a preliminary phone interview, they gave a window of time on my selected date. A hiring recruiter called and asked basic info, if I was okay with animal testing, one or two behavioral questions, what I wanted in the next 5 years, etc.
