I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Labcorp
Interview
I had two rounds of interviews. The first was a short phone interview with a recruiter who asked screening questions about my opinion on animal testing and gave more info about the position. I was then invited to a two-hour video call in two parts: the first with two people I'd be working with in the position, and the second with a higher-up in the department.
Most of the questions in the second set of interviews were behavioral questions read from a form.
Unfortunately, the recruiter had a different understanding of what the position (and its future) entailed than the manager of the position so I agreed to the second set of interviews thinking I was interviewing for essentially a completely different career path.
Also, the recruiter texted me through iMessage multiple times which I found incredibly unprofessional and honestly weird.
