The interview was relaxed. They asked basic questions about previous experience and how to handle customer interactions. They did a saliva swab for a drug test at my interview, but this was over 5 years ago, the process may have changed.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
