After applying on-line, you are screened by a phone call from the corporate office. If you pass that screening your name is sent to the store you applied to. Communication between corporate and store seems to have some breakdown, so be sure to pay attention to screen call. The store will call to do a face-to-face interview and will hire you on the spot if you are acceptable. You will only be scheduled for about 14 hours per week, you have to get hours by working for others who want off or call out replacement calls (which are usually an hour or so before the shift they call you in for).
