I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kroger (Fort Wayne, IN) in Sep 2014
Interview
Applied online and was called for an interview. There were other two people at the same time. We got in together and basically offered the job on the spot. It was really easy to get hired in, but a lot of people quit after training.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
At the time there were open interviews I applied online and then I went in and interviewed with the HR manager with my resume in hand and dressed nicely (business casual). After asking me some questions about myself and my prior work experience she hired me on the spot. I filled out a lot of paperwork and she had me take a saliva drug test in the spot. We scheduled days for training and that was that. Training is off location and was a pretty far drive for me and about 8 hours per session, sometimes groups of new hires get let out a little early. They also provide light refreshments.

Interview
Group interviewed but I can't remember the paperwork part. It was easy though . It was no big deal, watched a few videos in a two day orientation. Two or three days .no big deal
