Below were the steps I went through for my interview process:
- Initial screening call
- General interview (asked about my experiences, how I work, projects I've worked on etc.)
- Architecture interview (given a scenario in advance of the interview and asked questions on how you'd improve performance)
Overall, I had a really good interview experience. Charlotte Brown, part of the Talent team, oversaw my application. She conducted my initial screening call, then managed the progression of my application up to the offer stage. She was a delight to work with, super friendly and professional, keeping me informed at every stage of the process, and answering any questions I had. I was given feedback in a timely manner, and they were very flexible with times for my interview process.
Each of my subsequent interviews were conducted by two engineers each (both times I had different interviewers). Everyone was super friendly, making it feel more like a conversation than a traditional interview. It gave me a good indication that the culture here is good, and definitely made me want to work here more so I was hoping I'd get an offer!
