Overall, the process was well-organized. It consisted of two rounds (2/4): the first was a 45-minute conversation with the recruiter, and the second was with two Client Delivery team members. They made me feel comfortable, but the interview felt somewhat unstructured, probably because it was their first time conducting these interviews, as mentioned at the start of the call. My application was not progressed due to a -lack of detailed examples in certain areas- during the interview, the feedback felt inconsistent with the actual interview experience. Additionally, the job was advertised as remote, but during the interview it was mentioned that 50% of the work would be on-site. I was also told that if they assess you are not at the senior level, they may offer a different seniority, up to you whether to proceed.
