The interview was done in 4 steps : - a short call with a talent partner from Kraken - very friendly and interesting - an assignment done at home - 4 hours longs - a real company problem to solve - an interview with 2 technical people from different teams - you discuss your assignment and some other technical subject - gives an idea about the company atmosphere - an interview with two managers - some technical questions were asked to see how you can explain to technical or non technical people After the last step is completed, you get an offer quickly.

Conversational, engaging and fun. The take-home test was a real-world problem and I was given a lot of space to do what I wanted to do to solve the problem.
