The process was very through and had many levels of interview. First interview was on college campus. Second interview was in the office and talked to four managers and lasted about 3 hours.
Started the interview by giving my background and walking the interviewer through my resume. The interviewer turned out to be from the Koch Equity Department and so asked me about the 3 financial statements, valuing assets, and an investment decision that is attractive.

Interview
Pointless. The interview was over three hours long with employees that aren't even directly impacted by the team that is hiring. All their questions are exactly the same, their team the req is for were very condescending. Three hours for a pointless interview and they don't even give you the courtesy of a status update or rejection notification. Old School - Boys Club mentality.
