Question 1
Dream job, where do you see yourself in 2-5 years, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koch in Jan 2023
Interview
- call with recruiter - First round with hiring manager - Second round with 4 folks (split into 2 each, 2 interviews, 45mins length each) - less technical, behavioral questions - next day another call with recruiter for her to understand what my current salary structure is like without having to discuss numbers and then next day decision was made to go south. - As a candidate I expected to be informed after having gone through the complete process but I had to follow up to get to know only via email in response that I’ve not been selected - The response I got was they selected another candidate more aligned in industry. If that’s the case, why’d they even ask my current salary structure which left me perplexed

Question 1
- team conflict, manager conflict, failed project, how you handled time challenges
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Koch
Interview
I applied online thru Koch website and recruiter reached out for a screening about 3 weeks later. Screening conversation was typical.....review resume and experience, top level information about job duties, etc. Recruiter told me she was referring me to hiring mgr during the call and said to expect an interview invite within the next 2 business days. About a week later, received a generic email stating I was no longer being considered for the position.
