I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process was unlike any I have done before. They had a standard first interview on campus at my school and from there, invited me to Wichita for an interview. How this interview was so different was it was four one-on-one's, one right after the other, for an hour each block. It was very stressful to have a four hour long interview, but it was pretty standard interview questions, so it wasn't too bad.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was your biggest failure and how did you react to it?
The overall interview process was smooth, well-structured, and professionally managed. The interviewers created a comfortable environment and maintained clear communication throughout each stage. The discussion was primarily focused on technical concepts, practical problem-solving, and recent updates in the relevant technologies, allowing candidates to demonstrate their knowledge and experience. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the entire process was organized efficiently with timely coordination and professional interactions.
There were total of two rounds, first round was online technical assessment which included coding questions.
Selected peers move to next round of interview which is completely behavioural based questions
2 interviews on campus with different department leaders then one phone/zoom interview. Had networked beforehand so my experience may differ. Interview was generally casual, asked typical behavioral questions, very nice folks.
