I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Nov 2015
Interview
Brief telephone interview, followed by an interview in person in their office. Interviewed with the various managers within the business entity I was interviewing for. Some of the interviewers were interested in being there, whereas others just read questions off of a sheet. Overall, good experience as long as you are prepared. If you read any of the books by Charles Koch it will help and give you something to talk about.
The overall interview process was smooth, well-structured, and professionally managed. The interviewers created a comfortable environment and maintained clear communication throughout each stage. The discussion was primarily focused on technical concepts, practical problem-solving, and recent updates in the relevant technologies, allowing candidates to demonstrate their knowledge and experience. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the entire process was organized efficiently with timely coordination and professional interactions.
There were total of two rounds, first round was online technical assessment which included coding questions.
Selected peers move to next round of interview which is completely behavioural based questions
2 interviews on campus with different department leaders then one phone/zoom interview. Had networked beforehand so my experience may differ. Interview was generally casual, asked typical behavioral questions, very nice folks.
