Kering interview questions

There were several questions about knowledge management which the interview lasted to one hour. However, the hiring manager gave me two questions that i needed to respond two days later: "understanding of the role and the value-added contributions that i can potentially make".

They didnt ask much about the company, but only about my experience.It was a quite easy interview, they were looking for someone asap so they called me a few hours saying I got the job.
