I had applied through online, first i had interview with manager then HR round for discussing salary. There not much interview questions just knowing about my past experience. How it can be implemented in my current role

It was mostly based on past experience, what kind of role i have done . How was the forecasting , budgeting & month end reporting in my previous organisation.

Interview
A recruiter called to discuss my candidancy which I thought went really as she propposed the supposed hiring manager. We've agreed on date and time and ended our conversation very nicely.

Question 1
There were several questions about knowledge management which the interview lasted to one hour. However, the hiring manager gave me two questions that i needed to respond two days later: "understanding of the role and the value-added contributions that i can potentially make".

Very easy going, I had a phone interview then a personal one with two people. They were mainly asking my experience and that's it. It was a quite easy interview, they were looking for someone asap so they called me a few hours saying I got the job.
