KPMG Senior Manager interview questions

First telephone interview with Hiring Manager (Director/Partner) 2nd interview 3 weeks later with another Director/Partner who is the subject matter expert. Case study interview of 2 hours duration. 1st hour HR screening, right to work documentation then prep for case study. 2nd hour presenting case study to Director. Whole process took 8 weeks to hear response back - to be told the role had been deleted.

Interview wit the human resources and then with the Partner. I also had to complete a written assignment prior to receiving an offer. The assignment was preparing a memo providing guidance surrounding a particular set of legislative requirements so that the "client: could make a business decision on the risks involved with the venture.
