Interview
20 mins of Short Essay Writing and 1 hr interview with audit manager. There were 3 parts for the interview. First part is to know your past experience such as your leadership or working exp, second part is all about technical questions where double entries were asked. Third part is when you can ask the manager any questions at all.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
