I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward, consisting of two 30-minute back-to-back interviews. All of the questions were behavioral. KPMG held two information sessions to help candidates prepare for their interview where they clearly stated how to prepare, examples of good answers, and how they evaluate candidates. They also send an email with a Know Before You Go pamphlet with a 10 sample questions, and my interviewers asked all of them. There are no case-style questions in interviews for the Federal Advisory practice.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
